Below we provide our own twist on the classic Red Crab with Garlic Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh red crab meat
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Crab Meat:
Pick through the crab meat to remove any shells or cartilage.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in the chopped parsley, Old Bay and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the Crab:
Add the crab meat to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce.
Gently toss the crab meat in the sauce until heated through, about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the crab meat.
Serve:
Transfer the red crab with garlic butter sauce to a serving platter.
Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
