Our Red Crab Pasta is the perfect main dish to accompany your most cherished memories.
Ingredients:
8 oz (225g) linguine or your favorite pasta
1 lb (450g) Atlantic Red Crab meat, cooked and chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the chopped Atlantic Red Crab meat to the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes until they start to soften.
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the pasta and toss again and enjoy!
Optional: Serve the Red Crab Pasta with grated Parmesan to taste.
